My name is Sudhangsu Das, and I am a retired Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel. After serving the nation for nearly three decades, I made a significant shift in my life, diving into the world of Direct Selling and Network Marketing. But my journey didn’t stop there. My Time in the CRPF – A Life of Service and Discipline

My 29 years of service in the CRPF were some of the most fulfilling and challenging years of my life. The CRPF is India’s largest paramilitary force, and being a part of it taught me valuable life lessons that continue to shape my present and future.

In the CRPF, the commitment to duty, discipline, and teamwork are paramount. The experiences of being posted in difficult terrains, participating in counter-insurgency operations, and ensuring public safety in times of crisis hardened my resolve and strengthened my leadership skills. While I thoroughly enjoyed serving the nation, I realized that life after the CRPF would be a different challenge. I would have to transition into civilian life and find a new purpose.
